Attendee Disclosure

Attendee List Disclosure and Data Sharing Practices
We value your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable law, including U.S. CAN-SPAM, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What Information We May Share
With your consent and as described during registration, we may provide event sponsors and exhibitors with limited attendee information such as name, company, title, and business contact details. This data may be shared so that sponsors and exhibitors can contact attendees about products, services, or opportunities directly related to the event.
Why We Share It
Sharing attendee contact information supports networking, business engagement, and the commercial objectives of our events. We will not disclose more information than you have agreed to provide.
Legal Compliance and Consent
We only share attendee information in ways that comply with applicable privacy and electronic communication laws:
CAN-SPAM (United States) Governed by U.S. law for commercial email, CAN-SPAM requires transparency in who is sending messages, accurate sender information, and clear mechanisms to opt out of future messages. It applies to commercial emails sent to recipients in the U.S. and mandates that recipients can stop receiving messages at any time.
CASL (Canada) Under Canada’s anti-spam law, express or implied consent is generally required before sending commercial electronic messages to addresses in Canada. CASL requires clear identification of the sender, a functional unsubscribe mechanism, and that consent be documented.
GDPR (European Union) GDPR applies to processing personal data of individuals in the EU. GDPR requires a lawful basis for processing personal data (such as consent or legitimate interest) and clear, specific communication about how the data will be used, including the right to withdraw consent at any time.
We rely on your express consent at the time of registration where required by law. If you do not provide consent, we will not include your information in any attendee list shared with sponsors or exhibitors.
Your Control and Rights
You may withdraw your consent for sharing your contact information at any time. You may also request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for data deletion in accordance with your rights under GDPR and other applicable regulations.
If you have questions about how your information will be used or wish to change your preferences, please contact us using the contact details provided in your registration confirmation.
